Physical Education. Eugeniusz Piasecki in Poz nan - the state university in Poznan, educating highly qualified personnel in the professions, for practical purposes of physical education and health and rehabilitation programs, competitive spo rt, tourism and recreation. The university derives from the tradition of the Cathedral School of Hygiene and Physical Education, established in February 1919, entering the Faculty of Philosophy at the Visitors Piast, later the University of Poznan, and achievements of the Physical Education department. Physical Education, acting under the then Medical University in Poznań was in effect from 1 July 1950 restated the Council of Ministers Regulation in the Higher School of Physical Education.
